My final price for this product it will be around $10 to $15 depending on the type of medicine that you get. I think that would be a good price for this it will be helpful for the parents to be able to afforded it and to take care of there sick child or who ever needs it in the family.  The person that will buy this the most would moms because they are the ones that normally take care of who ever is sick but just about everyone can buy this product. “

Final Project: Situation or SWOT Analysis
Strengths: The strength of Chocó lot is that it is going to help out with parents to be able to take care of their sick children. It is going to help the kids out take the medicine a lot better. The medicine will make bedtime a lot faster when they are sick.
Weaknesses: Some of the weaknesses are that some people wont be able to have this medicine. Some people are allergic to chocolate so they wont be able to have this medicine.
Opportunities: some of the opportunities are that it will help out your child and make him or her feel a lot better after taking it.
 Threats: Some of the threats are there might be other people trying to add chocolate to their products. When they see that this as taken off and people like it that’s when other people will want to try and copy it.

Are mission statement is to make sure that are costumers at Chocó lot is to make are costumers number one. “Connecting directly with carefully targeted individual consumers to both obtain an immediate response and cultivate lasting customer relationships.” Gary Armstrong, Marketing An Introduction for Education Management, page 3. Right now we are just focused on the medicine and making it taste better so you can take it with out any problems. Later on we would like to have a whole line of different things. For example a scratch and sniff band-aid. That would be something to have in the future.
